Comparing the two plans

Both plans include the same core benefits, but the number of hygiene appointments and monthly cost differ. Allen House Membership includes two hygiene appointments each year, while Enhanced Membership includes four.

  • Membership provides eligibility to request assistance through the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme. Assistance is subject to the scheme’s current levels, limitations and exclusions and is not guaranteed for every emergency or cost.
  • The 10% discount applies to most treatments but exclusions apply. Ask our team which treatments are covered before you join.
  • Appointments and treatment not included in your plan are charged separately at our private fees.
  • Routine examinations and hygiene appointments are subject to receipt of the required consecutive monthly payments.
  • An initial administration fee of £9.50 is collected with your first payment only.

How to join a plan

To join, contact our Crewe team. They will explain both options, provide the current terms and help you complete the registration and Direct Debit instructions.

  1. Contact the practice

    Call 01270 581024 or send an enquiry and say you would like to ask about membership.

  2. Compare the two plans

    The team will explain the examinations and hygiene appointments included in each plan so you can compare the options. Your dentist or hygienist can advise how frequently routine appointments may be appropriate for you.

  3. Read the terms

    Review the current membership terms and the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme documentation, including its assistance levels, limitations and exclusions.

  4. Complete your registration

    Choose your plan and complete the registration and Direct Debit instructions. Our team will confirm when the included appointments and other benefits become available. Their provision is subject to the current terms and receipt of the required consecutive monthly payments.
