Treatment costing £350 or more may be eligible for finance arranged with Chrysalis Finance. Your treatment plan and cost are confirmed before you apply. Chrysalis will explain the finance options available for your treatment, including the total amount repayable, before you sign an agreement.
Finance is subject to status and affordability. After your assessment and written treatment plan, we send you the Chrysalis Finance application link. The finance options are shown during the application, and your application is assessed by the finance provider.

How the finance works

How much can I borrow?
You can borrow between £350 and £25,000, subject to status. You must be aged 18 or over to apply, and you must have been a permanent UK resident for at least the last three years.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
You do not need to pay a deposit. You can choose to pay one to reduce the amount you borrow.
When can I start the treatment?
Once your application is approved and the agreement is signed, treatment can be arranged as clinically appropriate.
What if I decide that I don’t want the finance?
There is a statutory ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days after signature during which you can cancel the credit agreement with no cost to you. However, if you have started any treatment which would have been financed, you will have to make other arrangements to pay for it.
Who provides the finance?
The finance is arranged through Chrysalis Finance Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to carry out the regulated activity of credit broking under Firm Reference Number 631193.
