Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme
Peace of mind when you travel. Our Crewe members have eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme, which provides:
- Emergency callout: Up to £210 depending on time of day
- Emergency treatment UK: Up to £475 per incident (max £950 in 12 months)
- Emergency treatment abroad: Up to £475 (inclusive of emergency treatment and callout fees)
- Dental trauma cover: Individual treatment/benefit levels up to £10,000 per injury incident
- Facial scarring benefit: £50 – £500 depending on severity

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ notice. There are no long-term contracts or penalties.
What if I need additional appointments?
If you need extra hygiene visits or check-ups beyond your plan allowance, you’ll receive your 10% member discount on these appointments at our Ipswich practice.
Can my whole family join?
Absolutely! We encourage families across Ipswich, Felixstowe, and Woodbridge to join. Each family member needs their own individual membership plan.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
We recommend attending all your scheduled appointments to maintain optimal oral health. Missed appointments may not be carried over to the next period.
Does this replace dental insurance?
No, this is a membership plan for routine preventive care, not insurance. However, it includes access to the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme for unexpected dental emergencies.
Can I use this with NHS treatment?
No, our membership plans are for private dental care only. However, they offer excellent value and no NHS waiting lists at our Ipswich practice.
Is the 10% discount valid on all treatments?
The discount applies to most treatments but excludes: treatments already included in your plan (exams, hygiene), dental implants, orthodontics, and some cosmetic procedures. Ask our Ipswich team for details.
What if I need treatment that's not covered?
Any treatment not included in your membership is available at our standard private fees, but you’ll receive your 10% member discount. We also offer 0% finance for treatments over £350.
